II. Summary

MultiTech announces the availability of its newest 4G-LTE Category 4 MultiConnect® microCell USB cellular modem certified and approved for use in North America, Europe, Australia, Japan and South Korea. The existing Europe only model (MTCM2-L4G1-B03-KIT) is changing status from generally available to Near-End- of-Life (NEOL) effective immediately.

The main difference between the NEOL model and the new model is the new model uses a data only version of the Quectel EG25 cellular module as shown in the table in section IV of this PCN. This is a requirement for some North America carriers. AT commands, USB drivers and modem functionality remains the same.

The core functionality of the new ordering part numbers has not changed.
